We strive to inform, enrich and empower every person in our college and outside by creating and promoting easy access and through consortia to a vast array of books, journals and medical material. To ensure that the library’s collections remain forward-looking, diverse in breadth and form, open to browsing, and of world-renowned quality. To preserve information across all formats to ensure effective storage and delivery systems.

To acquire appropriate up-to-date knowledge of advances in health sciences information technology to ensure that all users have effortless and ready access to information and knowledge by continuing modifications of existing library facilities. To acquire the latest library software for easy issue and return of books, journals, data and electronic media.

To improve security by means of CCTV and sensor antennae. To have a highly trained and competent staff that works together to provide responsive service to all users and facilities that are well maintained, easily accessible and available during hours of greatest convenience to users. To establish and maintain an organizational climate that supports growth of all staff members and reflects the values of the organization. Maintain a culture and work environment that is positive, supportive and stimulating.
